A dedicated Yoga Teacher is committed to their own personal Yoga practice, health, well being, and transformation.


They study beyond the physical aspects of Yoga and how to improve their practice by continued studies and learning.


They cultivate the natural abilities to use Yoga as a tool to assist others by sharing their practice and knowledge.


Requirement Awareness

This level 3 Yoga Teacher Training Program is ONLY for students who have attended and are certified at Levels 1 and 2 by Bliss Yoga Academy & Wellness Studio.


Be committed as a Yoga student and teacher to personal positive transformation and development of spirit, mind, body.


Be committed at a high standard and self-motivated as a Yoga student and teacher to your personal and teaching practice of Yoga.


Is interested in creating a Yoga business practice and keeping it successful.


A nine (9) months minimum 200 hours in classroom commitment attending classes twice per week, three (3) hours per class AND forty four (44) hours of teaching independently --- Yoga private or group classes --- is required to attend and complete this Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program.


All students must choose to be self-motivated and committed to their own personal success to complete this Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program.      


All students must be committed to do their personal self-Reiki treatment at least once per day.  


All students must complete a minimum three hundred (300) word essay on a chosen Yoga related topic. Guidance will be given on suggested topics for this essay.


Each student must have their own Yoga props.  For example, Yoga mat, two (2) cork blocks (4X6X9), one Yoga strap, three (3) Yoga blankets.  Other optional Yoga props are --- chair, bolsters, foam blocks, eye pillow, and sand bags.


Suggested reading for out of class room development and to enhance --- Yoga practice, professional business, and personal development --- each student should purchase and read three books.


Each student must complete for each and all classes --- home study reading assignments, homework (including personal Yoga practice), and research papers.

Class Program Awareness

This level three (3) Yoga Teacher Training Program gives all students the opportunity to deepen, strengthen, improve their Yoga Practice on a spirit, mind, emotional, and physical levels.


During this program all students will receive in class guided Holistic Life Coaching and mentoring that can benefit each student for personal and professional uses.  This will be available in class for as long as the in class program last.  If students need personal and private Holistic Life Coaching Consultation and Reiki treatments --- these can be available at an extra cost by scheduled appointment(s) and paid for in advance.  After the Yoga level three (3) class has ended students can also schedule private Holistic Life Coaching Consultations and Reiki treatments for their continued personal and professional growth.


There will be two books for home study - reading, understanding, writing, reporting, and sharing in class.


Students will learn about and how to perform:


Yogic Philosophy and lifestyle.

Practice Yamas (Yoga universal moral guidance) and Niyamas (self-disciplines).

Asana (Yoga Poses) - Students will learn to improve and master different variations of poses and correct sequences.

How to improve teaching skills.

The concept and importance of working in sacred space and how to smudge.

How to teach - Restorative Yoga - Meditation - Pranayama (breathing techniques) - Yoga Nidra - Dharma talks.

Principles of movement.

Breath and movement.

Principles of alignment.

The art of adjusting.

The art of sequencing Yoga poses.

The ethics of a Yoga Teacher - teacher boundaries in relationship to students/clients

Learn how to personalize Yoga for: children, seniors, back pain, emotional imbalances, digestion imbalances, pre-menstrual symptoms,  prenatal Yoga, awareness on private clients, how to improve the health of knees, feet, hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists.


Bring to group class any questions or concerns from reading the suggested reading books.


Teaching Yoga is more than a career objective.

Yoga Level 3 - Dates - Time - Cost

January 15, 2019 to September 19, 2019

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 2 PM to 5 PM


Cost - $5,400  Cash or check preferred (credit card if you must)


Deposit to reserve your space will be $2,400 - This amount must be received by September 8, 2018.


The balance must be received by December 8, 2018.  Speak to Sarah if you have alternative financial requests.  


There is a cancellation and refund policy that will be given to each student upon registration and payment.
