Yoga - Private Treatments Awareness

Yoga is NOT a substitute for medical treatments, medical doctors, mental health doctors, mental health professionals, and services.  If you or your clients need medical or mental health professional services please see these professionals and recommend to your clients that they must do so as well.  

Before EVERY person enters the studio, they are smudged outside with five cleansing and purifying herbs in an incense pot.  Smudging can assist is cleansing the aura (outside layers) of the person's energy field/body.  This begins the relaxation process and letting go of stress. 


What REALLY is Yoga?

Originally, way back in the first to third century (just try to imagine back in the first to third century, we are now in the twenty first century) a group of Vedic Indian Monks wanted a movement tool to ground their spiritual body and keep it connected to their physical body.  This was important for them to do so because they wanted the option of sometimes interacting with the "so called” physical world/realm.  Yes, they had done all the transformation work to awaken to clear energy and light.  They were called "Sages" masters of the living energy, and because of having such a high clean frequency of energy they had difficulty staying solid and visible.  So they got together and created what is called "Yoga" today.  Yoga was intended to Yoke/join/unite an enlightened spirit to the physical body.  So, also the word Yoga is a sacred word.  The "Y" in the word is supposed to be a capital letter to show respect.  Like all proper nouns.  

Anyway, the Vedic Indian Monks created eighteens (18) sacred movements, which were intended for their spirit to stay yoked to their physical body.  The Yoga process, sacred text is written in Sanskrit and still remains hidden in a remote part of India. Not too many humans are left alive on this planet that speak Sanskrit, so the Sacred Yoga Text is safe and remains hidden from exploitation and being used for corrupt empowerment. The complete Yoga sacred texts are part of the Rigveda and Tantra sacred text process. Sanskrit was one of humanity’s first spoken language.  This language was made up of sounds, NOT words.

The modern day Yoga creation came to regular human awareness in the twenty to twenty first century.  The eighteen (18) poses were built on for whatever reason, to become the many variations of Yoga that are taught today.  And people keep building and building on the original creation.  OH MY! The Yoga that is practiced today was created by more modern people who thought that the poses that were originally created were not enough.  The way of the modern people is NOT simple.  They think in complex rational form.  Anything simple is perceived as "NOT GOOD ENOUGH."  Hence, the poses of Yoga are now over sixty poses, and with so many complications. I guess to fit the modern complexities of complex rational thinking and complex life of fear and stress.  Not realizing that the renovation needs to happen within, the physical poses are chosen as exercise, ego recognition, and valuing self, depending on how hard some people work on mastering poses, and so on and so forth.

So the Yoga practiced in this modern times is one percent of the complete text and just focuses on the physical and physical benefits.  It can help to release toxic emotions trapped in the human biological system - joints - nervous system - organs - mind and so on and so forth.  Yes, this effect of the modern day Yoga process can help people to reduce stressors - giving the mind and body more comfort.  But since the imprints that recreate the negative emotions, fear, and stress is still with the person's energy body (called spirit), these negative emotions, stress, and fear will be recreated.  Hence coming to Yoga as often as possible can be more useful than coming less, or now and again.  Hopefully, after a disciplined and consistent Yoga practice the person will become filled with less fear and choose to elevate their practice to include some healing and transformation of toxic, fear, stress, trauma, and suffering imprints.  The choice is up to everyone.  Healing, transformation, and change cannot happen unless the individual person chooses to take action.

The minimum practice of Yoga to create a consistent and disciplined treatment practice is at least once per day.  This can be very useful to create a shift of integrating awareness in spirit, mind, emotion, and body.  This can create the shift to elevating awareness to improving the energy body (spirit).

Private Yoga Class

Some benefits of choosing to have private Yoga treatment classes are:

The quality of the Yoga treatment class is maximized.

You are all by yourself and not re-absorbing the toxic emotions of other people in the class.

You have the complete attention of the teacher.

You can focus on just YOU and your needs with no distraction by other people in the class.

Yoga pose alignment is very important to prevent injury and for getting the most benefits from the practice treatments. In a private class, the teacher gets to give you 100% attention to improve alignment.

Private Yoga classes are great for beginners who can get totally lost in the process of a group class.

Private Yoga classes are great for people with pre-existent injury and special needs.

One on one teacher practice can be good for seniors that might get overwhelmed in a group class.

This one on one class time can be productive for people who choose Yoga as an entrance to improved spiritual development.

Private classes can give the opportunity to improve Yoga home practice and help people with the intention to go on to Yoga Teacher Training Certification program.

Plus many more benefits based on what an individual might feel having a private class means for and to them.

This one on one teacher and student experience can be safe and productive for pregnant mothers getting undivided attention.

Group Yoga Practice benefits include most of the above, but with minimum benefits (with all the best efforts and intention of the teacher) - because the teacher has to equally attend to everyone in a group class.

Strengthen, stretch, and tone the physical body.

Promote confidence.

Exercise the physical body.

Calm the mind through meditation.

Begin the journey of giving attention to body and mind.

Please Note: After the person for a private Yoga treatment class enters the studio, the entrance door is locked.

After students enters the studio for Yoga treatment class, and at the time the class starts, the studio’s entrance door is locked. We respect all the people that choose to come to our studio with the intention of practice; but walk-ins are not possible.  Casual walk-ins can be disruptive and distracting. And we do not have a separate receptionist and reception area.  Reserve your space ahead of time, be on time, and choose to make your Yoga class treatment practice a priority. This can be useful. This is your choice.

Private Yoga treatment classes are scheduled by appointment only and paid for 14 days in advance.

Price for Yoga Treatment Sessions

Private Yoga Treatment Session is $100 per 60 minutes session.

There is a $10 discount for the first session for NEW Students.  When Private Yoga treatment class packages are purchased there is a discount of $6 discount per class for each 12 class package.

It is suggested that for Private Yoga and group Yoga classes the person try 1 (one) session before investing in a larger amount of sessions.

For the most long term benefits from Yoga, it is recommended that the student comes to class every day or minimum 3 to 2 times per week.  


Private - 60 minutes - NEW Students -  First class is $90

Private - 60 minutes - 12 class package is $1,128  

* 60 days expiration date from date purchased

ALL private Yoga treatments must be paid

 14 days in advance to reserve all scheduled appointments.


As a part of each Yoga student's journey they should take responsibility to:

Bring to every class a Yoga mat.

Develop the ability of self-motivation and inspiration - through taking action to improve self and Yoga practice.

Create a disciplined and consistent home Yoga treatment practice.

Let the teacher know in class when they are experiencing pain or discomfort.

All Yoga students must have Yoga tools to support home practice - Yoga mat, two (2) cork blocks (4X6X9), one Yoga strap, three (3) Yoga blankets.  Other optional Yoga props are - chair, bolsters, foam blocks, eye pillow, and sand bags.


For private Yoga treatment students - if you have to reschedule or cancel a class - please do so 7 days before your scheduled appointment for you to keep the appointment and have it rescheduled at no cost.

VERY IMPORTANT: If private Yoga treatment student cancels less than 7 days before the appointment, they will lose the appointment (which means they will still pay for the missed appointment). WHY? Because emergency reasons or cancellations do not give the teacher enough time to use the appointment for another paying client.  All scheduled and paid for appointments are reserved in the teacher's appointment book.  If a person cannot come for whatever chosen emergency or reason they still have to pay for the missed reserved appointment.  Thank you in advance for your co-operation.

All payments go towards keeping the Yoga and Wellness Studio in operation.
