All group Yoga classes are limited to 12 students. Classes are 90 minutes and include meditation and deep relaxation. My style of Yoga places an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment while encouraging you to find your own inner wisdom. We use props, such as straps, blocks, and blankets to perform the asanas correctly, minimizing the risk of injury, and allowing you to stay in the poses longer. Classes are challenging, invigorating, enlightening and inspiring on all levels. You will learn how to use the practice of Yoga to positively balance your Spirit, mind and body. Whether you are a seasoned Yogi or a beginner, you will leave feeling nurtured, rejuvenated, inspired and centered.
